♡♥♡

Hey Wifa.

What a long day. I woke up at 5:30. The dogs and I went out for an early morning walk. The news was reporting on the damage caused by the the storm. A grocery store in Castle Rock absorbed so much rain that water seeped through the roof and soaked the ceiling tiles. The store was closed so they could remove all of the water logged ceiling tiles. When we walked through the park the ground was cold and wet. The pond was overflowing at the bridge towards Federal. Baby geese were crossing the quickly moving water. The grass in the ditch was pressed to the ground. It was a nice cool morning.

After the walk, I went to Hinterland and painted the wall. It went smoothly and covered the graphite pretty well. Sabine applied a second coat today and said that it looked good. The head is a nice object. I would like to experiment with materials that would be more like a large casted oil pastel. Something that looks malleable. There are glimmers of it on the graphite head. It only took half an hour to paint the wall.

Once I got home, I picked up the house and trimmed the jungle in the back yard. The sun started to evaporate the moisture by 10:30.

Work was work. I was so exhausted that I wanted to fall asleep in the auditorium standing up. I got home, fed the dogs, gave the cats tuna and turned into a log. It was a pretty rough night. I missed you so much I could barely stand it. I watched What About Bob? and it made me feel better. I am hoping to see you before bed, but I don't know how long I will last.

I love you wifa. I am dreaming of you.
